Testimonials
We believe in each person's ability to climb their own mountain and actively work toward their potential. We have no interest in helping people be mediocre.

Coach Ted started coaching me in 2017. During that time he helped guide me along my journey to become the fittest I have ever been, in life, up to that point. Before meeting Ted, I was a very overweight female who occasionally worked and lifted weight. Ted guided me to become a kick ass all-around athlete and find a love for endurance running. He is extremely passionate about coaching. He is full of so much knowledge on the subject of heath, wellness, and fitness. He guided me to my greatest potential. His constant encouragement to never have me quit or give up on myself. His energy is so contagious and was my driving force to keep push forward. With Ted I saw my own potential and everyday I think about #AlwaysReady. Ted is a phenomenal coach and person (10 out of 10)!

"Running is natural for humans, but to be good at it and stay injury free, you require a good coach. Coach Ted helped me push forward and break the mental and physical wall I had on being faster. He also helped me understand the importance of good running form to increase my endurance. This helped me ensure I didn't waste my energy."
(Coaches note: Darsh's effort and consistency cut 12 minutes off of his half-marathon time!)

I worked with Coach Ted on improving my running skills. I was definitely not someone who enjoyed running and was very hesitant to take the program for fear of not getting much out of it because of my lack of ability. I can honestly say that what I took away from the program blew me away. Not only was I able to improve all of my times for the mile, shorter distance runs, etc, but I also completed the program feeling much more confident to incorporate more running into my daily exercise routines. I could not have achieved my goals without the guidance of Coach Ted. He believed in me from the start and provided so many useful techniques and support throughout the program that truly made such a difference. I would recommend his programming to people of all ages and all athletic abilities!
(Coach's note: Andrea's consistency led to her cutting 2 minutes from her mile time in 6 weeks!)

“Always Ready !”
My first encounter with Ted as a coach was in CrossFit. One of the most mentally and physically challenging workouts I’ve ever encountered in my 29 years at the time. Before every MetCon Ted would ask us “Are you ready” and we had to respond “ALWAYS READY!” even if we weren’t. 70% of the time I wasn't. I was nervous and unsure if my body could handle the PR or scaled version. Something about Ted requiring us to verbally set our mind & body up for success changed my life. I owe a lot of my form and mental strength to Ted’s patience, his drive and his dog because at 6a what better way to get you pumped up about an AMRAP?! I was going through a lot in my personal life and Ted coached me through it and my body felt & looked amazing! He helped me find my strength on days where I was tired and drained mentally. He helped me stay focused on my own progress by constantly reminding me to Run my own race & Climb my own mountain. Thank you so much coach! I miss you!!

After working with Ted as a strength coach, I decided to invest further in myself and sign up for his running program. It was hard – really hard – but Ted’s individualized programming and relentless enthusiasm got me through it. I saw major improvements in my performance, like reducing my overall times and increasing my stamina. What I gained most, however, was confidence. I had always avoided running before this program, often skipping gym days that had running workouts. Ted’s program taught me proper running technique, but it also taught me to be confident and comfortable in my own skill level. I’ll always be grateful for that lesson. #ClimbYourMountain #AlwaysReady
